I hold just this minute be infected near lots of virus, and get rid of them adjectives, apart from three, i used spybot s+d, to remove them (it's fully up to date0
The three things it other finds are:
1) A better internet
2)
microsoft.window.alive.deskt...
3)
microsoft.window.wellbeing.int...
I presume the alive desktop one might be the purpose as to why I can't adjustment my situation picture( adjectives option for shifting it are greyed out)
Any suggestions as to how to take rid of these virus?
I use ZoneAlarm and spybot.

Use an anti virus program...not an anti spy program. Use AVG, or AVAST or ANTIVIR. See what they find.
Spybot solely take supervision of Spyware, not Viruses.
I'd suggest using an online scanner.
