I run a scan and it showed these results. I do not know what they are and what to do next to them. Should I delete the arched ones? What is the PEPATCH? I own links to show screenshots. Please someone aid me.

One of the first things to do when you suspect malware is DISABLE System Restore.
If enabled, this allows malware to pelt contained by the computer and re-install itself.
So, to disable it, RIGHT-click on "My Computer." Select "Properties" consequently underneath the 'System Restore' tab, check 'Turn sour system restore' IF not already checked.
The subsequent most accommodating things that would give support to you are to use ONLINE scanners from websites to remove any malware on your PC.
The current best online scanners I prefer are from Kaspersky antivirus and Bitdefender antivirus. Together, these 2 scanners will find ALL the doomed to failure stuff on your PC because they enjoy the BEST detection rate.

If nearby's ever ONE database you suspect is infected, you can walk to a couple of sites that enjoy single directory scanners which use MULTIPLE engines to scan a directory.

If you're PC is squeaky verbs, re-enable system restore because it IS well-mannered to own but we needed to shut it past its sell-by date to annihilate the malware.

*Another article to consider is using another browser besides Internet Explorer. IE have abundantly of guarantee holes,

You can make tracks them where on earth they are, or uniform the tomb, it make no difference.
What's the problem? It found and removed the virus. That's what it is supposed to do.
