Some benign of malware problem...?

shows a constant pop-up from my Windows toolbar (the one at the bottom of the screen) claiming my "security" wants updating (and to click here). I know this is bogus but can't come across to gain rid of it. I run SpyBot and thought it have be removed, but still getting the pop-up.
Any concept?

Try running it again in Safe Mode:

To draw from into Safe Mode:

1. Log out and reboot your mechanism.

I agree beside G4acre. Smitfraudfix is the path to turn. It removes plentiful things other spyware give up trailing.
