Start - Control Panel -User Accounts - Change an Account - Pick the Account and tweaking the password
Restart your computer and press the button which can unfurl BIOS Setup (for ex: del,F11,...). You can read it on your Mainboard's website or up to that time your computer starts window.
Then query for user's password and set it. You will hold to enter your password or you will never be capable of use your computer.
