i maintain delteing this virus and it come rear legs when i try 2 disable system restore it wont consent to some item popps up and ays something but notthing happend and everytime i scan it wont work how do i fix this even when i budge 2 add/remvoe programs that pop up comes and wont tolerate me dance it say the opperation have be cancelled due to restrictiosn on this coomputer plase contact system adminstrator

Sounds approaching it's really screwed up. Unfortunately right immediately the best solution would to preform a installations, which will verbs the system and reinstall window.
