When running spybot, i discern it scan files such as Zlob.ZipCodec, and Zlob.XXXPass, but it does not put them on the virus index to delete at the call a halt of the scan. Why does this develop, and does anyone know where on earth these files might be located so I can manually remove them?!
Answers:
If you do a full scan using an UPDATED Spybot and it finds nil, likelihood are you're ok. Those malware files it flashes are signatures. (They're close to malware fingerprints.) None of those are ON your PC, it newly go through their database account and see if anything match. That's why you will see Zlob, Winfixer, SpySheriff, etc. one 'scan.' It's a short time ago looking for match while its flashing their malware database. Hope that help. =)
Spybot is anti-spyware and Zlob is a trojan (or virus)...
So you obligation an antivirus scanner from a reliable peddler suuch as McAfee to remove this.
Spybot looks for third event cookies that spy on your browsing behaviour and have little to nil to do near protecting you against virus, trojans, worms, etc...
