Hi Gorjan,
First bad, BT Yahoo hold nil to do near this so long as you can surf the internet, IF you inevitability to contact anyone, it'll be Norton.
Often the problem is down to your AV software not updating properly.. There are two option.. Force an update using the Norton Controls.. You should find these lower than the Start>Programs menu underneath "Norton" or "McAfee" or similar (they've adjectives sold their souls to Symantec, so in need the exact cause of the AV I can't be more exact) If that doesn't work, and you own the productive disks, you might want to try uninstalling the program and reinstalling it.. Use Add/Remove programmes in the control panel to do this..
Finally you could hunt the Symantec website (link below) for the exact error message, There's a investigate box and a relationship to the support page on the contact... Or you could post the exact message here and I'm sure someone will know how to make a contribution you more details on your issue..
Your files that you mentioned get cut rotten, but it looks close to they're feasible to be contained by your stopgap internet files.. If so, uninhabited out your makeshift internet files from your computer. Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Browsing History>Delete.. Depending on the newspaper of internet explorer, this will any walk ahead and do it, or you will be offered the choice to Delete pro tem internet files. If you've inadvertantly downloaded som malware, this may meet your requirements to net the problem jump away.
