Go to include remove programs, un-install the program, later re-install it any from disc or download it again

Why would you want to? Explain yourself man.
Click start, control panel, add/remove programs, find the antivirus program and click on the remove button to remove antivirus (there might be several prgrams to antivirus so find all of them and remove them). Then run the brand new antivirus program and in recent times follow the step to the installation.
Use Add and Remove Programs to Remove the program.
Then use a upright Registry Cleaner to return with the files not here astern.
Then use the Search function to find the NONregistry files pertaining to that program and delete them.
Then in Safe Mode re-install the program or install another one by any inserting the disc contained by the ROM tray and following the prompts OR if it's in a zipfile merely double click on it to start installation.
