Use Firefox it blocks popups by evasion.
if you hold an antivirus which have a Pop-up Blocker, you could incorporate the association of the site
also, you could do like if you're using internet explorer
Click on Tools> Internet Options > Privacy > (at the lower part) in attendance's Pop-up Blocker .. click on Settings consequently add on the knit of the site you want to block the Pop-up from.
