i enjoy a home gridiron beside 3 computers hooked up to a router if one human being have a firewall up can it affect my computer from getting connected to programs?

It depends on the firewall, how your are connecting and where on earth are the programs.
The router itself may be blocking things.
Only if the programs you want are on the computer running the firewall. That firewall should be set up to allow all traffic on the local see so you will never own a problem going between computers.
