i fathom out that network filter look for the category or the site itself to speak about itself to block it or not. so creative me started thinking why not only hide/cover up the category of the blocked url... except how??

In website world they are call directories not category. and they block it by a simple .htaccess wallet.
net nanny. That is the easiest means of access to block sites. you can use IE content advisor but its a pai surrounded by tha **** and it doesn work really powerfully.
Web filter use any table or the metatags at the site. There is no such item as a site category.
