If you're trying to do more in attendance are utilities that will achieve a more complete wallet deletion but unless you're paranoid or dealing beside computer professionals or canon enforcement it is overkill.
Cookies and history hold almost nil to do near the files that are on your domestic device. CCcleaner or adaware or similar removal programs will not delete files, except temp. files. Delete the files you want to delete, next remove them from your Recycle Bin.

There are supposedly programs and "services" that say-so they can do it for you, but I've never used one so I don't know if the claims are true or not. If you are loking to completely and totaly and drastically for always lose those files in that are two ways you can do it but both are a bit extreme. first you cann bear a powerful magnet ( approaching from a big stereo speaker) and stick it on your rugged drive. All files and information on your computer are stored magnetically and the magnet will erase everything, including the operating system and booting instructions. the second instrument is near a worthy EMP or Electro-Magnetic Pulse, which you may find a touch too extreme since you will inevitability a nuclear bomb to produce one.
Your history is also stored in your index.dat files which can be smoothly decode using free software by anyone who requests to see where on earth you own be on the internet.
