my computer have a bunch of trojans and virus. to gain rid of them i stipulation to use the control panel but it seem as if one of the trojans disabled my administrator privileges. immediately i don't own access to control panel as capably as other programs. an error message comes up motto it is not permitted contact system administrator. any counsel as to how to draw from conrol of my computer support thankfulness contained by advance

Try the Symantec website - it used to enjoy a net base scan utility that doesn't have need of installing. If you don't own administrator rights you probably won't know how to install any of the free anti-virus packages.
You could also try a system restore from a date up to that time the virus get onto your PC.
Otherwise if you hold a Windows XP disc you could try repairing your installation.
