I hold be using antivir for years I enjoy no problem beside it. I transmute over to it after I enjoy a virus when I be using Norton.
if i.e. a unsafe one, later it might own artificial other files too. try a full system scan. also try scan beside another antivirus to check if it is gone or not.

As you own already delete the record & you want to be sure that your computer is till not have it; The answer is Simple: Try a full system scan.
Generally, If the virus is of Worm type it replicates itself and stays fund on other files even if you delete the detected file.
In this crust you shouldn't delete files as it is bound to hold infected system files And delete them could render your system useless.
Try the 'repair' substitute or 'Move to quarantine' likelihood.
This will stop the virus from affecting other files.
