I'm not sure of that site but 'Kaspersky' is great BUT not available for free. BUT you can essentially achieve it free by using AOL Active Virus Shield. It's RUN by Kaspersky lower than AOL's moniker so It's only just resembling using KAV (which is the BEST antivirus!) =)

most virus are spread through IE. IE is not a past the worst browser.
you should use a more support browser to protect your PC from virus. i recommand you to use firefox next to Google toolbar.
firefox can block any any popup and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE browser.
