i've downloaded anti virus programs and i still cant bring back rid of it. what do i do?? i dont know much almost computers so please bequeath me step by step directions.

You one and only own to use ONE antivirus program at a time. So budge to this website and grasp AVG, Avast or AntiVir. Scan your computer and delte the infected files. If it doesn't work it the one you choose, uninstall it from Start - Control Panel - Add/Remove programs and bring back another.
