Whenever I want to download something, if the number of ppl is too glorious it nvr works! Only when its close to 15 or below. I hear the difficult the number the faster the download. Sources are approaching the inhabitants sharing the profile. so a moment ago ddink of it close to the freeway. if theres too oodles associates on a 2 lane freeways nearby'll be traffic. but if the freeways have approaching 10 lane within will be not as much traffic hope that help
