they resolved the problem..and told me that my norton antivirus ,which is yahoo on dash protection be conflicting next to my ip address why should this own happen when i hold not installed or uninstalled any programs ,the solitary other point i have on be yahoo antispy which have adjectives equipped be on for months...any idears they have to reinstall but could not relate me why i could not even get hold of window reaction peak i have to press f8 to run to safemode network immensely strange

i have one and the same problem beside b.t. i don't know why they use norton when they know the problems it cause. do what the other two answers utter and uninstall norton and install avg and zone alarm. much safer and neither slow down your computer approaching norton. best of luck.
