Your first mistake be downloading those programs. They do not detect spyware, they are spyware. By downloading those you hold lowered the deposit on your computer and possibly hand it to someone else. There are 2 programs that i swear by:

I've also used A-A ever since it first come out. It cleans up what highly few items SS&D doesn't look for and also on a small handful of occasion caught something SS&D missed.
