If you hold a restoration or rescue disc, use that and it will restore it to non-attendance. Otherwise..rebooting it won't completely erase ALL files..it'll basically erase the name of them so that they appear to be gone, but are still nearby. If you don't enjoy a restoration/recovery disc. Consult your nearest geek squad to get hold of a price quote.
put in the restore cd which will put it pay for to what it be when it be unmarked. i suggest you do it more than once

If this isn't the suitcase, later you requirement to reinstall your operating system, drivers, and applications from installation discs. If you don't enjoy them, afterwards you would own to repurchase them or lug your computer to a shop.
FORAMT or delete the information manually
You want to format it. However, be aware that format will erase any and all files and programs. You will own to reinstall and configure everything. If within are any files/documents you don't trouble to go back over, better invest in some external storage and copy/backup the documents.
Format is usually something most of us try to avoid because it is such a distress. Are you sure a "repair" and some of your time wouldn't accomplish one and the same entity?
