I get this e-mail call yahoo! promotions and it ask's for like mad of personal information is this unadulterated or not?

those are some of the things it asks for but what made me come up with this be a scam be the reality that it desires my email but it sent one to me? also if this be really yahoo wouldnt they already hold my email?
