I own tried everything i can imagine of to remove the firewall from my computer. I've delete adjectives anti-virus programs and any program related to firewalls. However, i budge to see connections, click properties, afterwards settings, and it will not allow me to turn the firewall sour. the checkmarks are grey, and cannot be changed.

You want a firewall so stop trying to turn of something drastically major what are you doing. The firewall is factor of xp but you can disable within indemnity settings
If you hold a third-party firewall, all you enjoy to do is uninstall the software using Add/Remove programs.
If you're chitchat more or less Windows Firewall, it's not going anyplace, but you can turn it Off, for anything idea.
