Well I do not know the best Anti-Virus System ever - but I can serve next to the one's I suggest. Mcaffee/Norton are world-reknown anti-virus systems which are the best of the open market even so. Another great Anti-Virus software is AVG.

There is no single AV solution that removes every single virus. Not even anything from 'clyde's register.
