Is 'igfxsrvc.exe' a malware?

Can somebody plis back. My Norton AntiBot constantly detect the above name wallet as a malware. But i am getin confused becos some associates right to be heard its an intel report. If so, why does it enjoy horrid properties? Are the trying to steal facts from us? I dont perceive free to use my PC anymore. I am of late worried, confused and full of anger. I would suggest that some companies come up beside signed and straight forward technology not applications u will never be sure if its a malware or a trusted workstation profile.
