I used to be capable of logon near no problems. Now I can't. Talked next to their customer services and not a soul seem to hold a clue how to assist me.

Scan for virus. There may be a virus taking your login information whenever you enter it and sending it to its cradle instead of submitting to the webpage. If that doesn't work, try resetting your password again and login from another computer.
