cant you? you knob probably the firewall, router etc, what port are trying to find into? within wishes to be a "service" stretch out for you to connect to it
Click start>adjectives programs>accessories>command promt, and type within the command glass, ipconfig /all, after hit enter. Note the space between ipconfig and /, should do the trick.
