I want to enunciate that ALL virus scanners do this by failure to pay, but I cannot vouch for every single application out in attendance, so I'll voice that MOST virus scanners do this by defaulting. Whenever you begin a folder, the well-mannered virus scanners are set to evasion to scan for virus so you don't own to help yourself to any deed except try to spread out the files. I know this to be a reality on AntiVir, Symantec Antivirus corporate edition, and AVG, but own not instinctively tested the others.
