Well...near is no "easy" means of access to remove spyware. Even when you assume you enjoy everything removed, you cannot treat your computer similar to it's verbs anymore.

Spywareblaster is a honest program that prevents spyware from loading to your computer. Follow the instructions to set up your browser(s). It works near IE and Firefox. And it doesn't run surrounded by the milieu.

Also, seize Ad Aware as a backup and run it and delete the malware it finds. Run it periodically. I be incredibly surprised that it found nought after I installed spywareblaster.
For the trojan, try AVG virus scanner. They enjoy a free one:
