To engineer a thoroughly long story short, I did some updates for my computer, yesterday, after, when Norton started to scan my files, it stopped working, have to reboot computer because it would not shutdown, computer starts, but, in that is NO sign of Norton 2007 to be found anywhere contained by my computer. I tried to reinstall the compact disc, will not install, anybody else out in that have issues beside any concerned of Norton products, any solutions??

I also own issues near Norton 2007. It is aphorism that it is on, but it is had it. The autoprotect is rotten. For customer service, try this association below:
Try to uninstall ur norton product from attach or remove program and next install again. If u dont see ur product in the donate or remove program document consequently try to restore ur system to a previous state when ur system have no problem.
I enjoy problems beside Symantec (Norton's parent company) contained by nonspecific, as they trade name Norton... which contained by my experience (and that of abundant heaps others) is slow, a resource hog, inefficient, and system-damaging. It kill my PC a few years ago.
If it's gone, I'd articulate "Good riddance" and attain a current product... Try Avast! antivirus available for free at www.download.com if you don't want to buy another one. NOD32 is the best, though, if you start to own around $40 sitting around :)
But I digress, some payment is better than none, even if it is Norton. (as long as it's up to date and the most recent version)
Try contacting Symantec hi-tech support (which, I might affix, is another basis to drop Norton... >.<) and getting their minister to.
The give support to above me is dutiful too... try doing a system restore.
Does window protection center explain to you you're not protected?
All the best,

( WE ALL MAKE BAD CHOICES)
the intention its not a fitting antivirus is because Norton take up too much computer resources, making it really slow and tough to do anything while it is scan.
Soo i suggest you delete Norton and win yourself a copy of one of the 2 best antiviruses contained by the world
1) NOD32
2) Kaspersky
