i have this recent spyware and it took out my control panel and i downladed SUPERantispyware so very soon i am stuck beside it can anyone describe me what i can do to grasp it rear and what is cause it

that happen to my stepdads friends computer I be stuck for hours even after dl AVG, and superadblocker it still remains..So we are lately gonna do a system restore next to the reclamation cd, as soon as he puts his music from window medium on cds i guess.
