Have you tried going underneath "Add or Remove Programs" below the control panel button? If not, you should try that. If you own ,later i guess the one and only entity you can do is bring a spyware program and use that to block the popups.
You enjoy a spyware
Install a anti-virus and a anti-virus software and run them
else
Format the not easy disk and reinstall the Operating System ie WINXp after aid up your influential files.
Scan you computer, you may hold spyware or a virus, if that doesn't work do a system restore, that usually take thought of the problem.

You do this by going to Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore. It will next bring up the system restore program, follow the direct, pick a restore point (before this program be installed into your computer) and it will do the rest for you) you don't lose pictures, music etc.
From my knowhow, it isn't Zago but "Zango". Zango is, according to Mcafee and Norton and Wikipedia, a poisonous horrid program that one should avoid at adjectives costs. It brings pop-ups to one's computer but allows you to play free games. What would you choose: A free game or your complete PC to pass by away.

My suggestion for you is to install a world-wide agreed anti-virus software such as Mcafee and Norton. These two softwares schedule Zingo as horrid and will automatically delete them. Next time, be chary on what you download since nearby are lots virus and other evil entities out nearby.
