If you're running XP You can find rid of spyware using a spyware removal tool. I recommend Spybot S&D, it's the best utility out at hand and does a fantastic employment (there is another tool, adaware by lavasoft, but S&D is better). AND it's free and natural to use.

When you install, be sure to install the updates and consequently give a vaccination to your computer. Then run the scan and this will find / remove spyware unnoticed on your computer.
You can repeat this up to 3 times for optimum results, as sometimes ad-ware is unnoticed surrounded by layer and isn't caught on the first scan.
Good to try and run this keep every week or so lately to hold on to your PC tuned.
