Removing aged files from "Start" Context Menu?

Awhile stern I used adaware 2007 but settled it be crap and go final to SE. By evasion, it must be made to add on "Scan W/ Adaware 2007" to the 'Right-Click" aka Context menu. Anyway, I be tuning my PC up when I notice "Scan next to Adaware 2007" is on the menu when I right-click my Start Button. I enjoy used reg cleaners, unwanted items cleaners, I even manually go through the registry myself to delete ANY key from it. I know what I'm doing when it comes to PC's but this one's get me stumped! Yes, my PC is 100% verbs of any malware, and yes I've used CCleaner and every other tool you can guess of but nought will achieve rid of that opportunity when I right click 'Start.' Of course since Adaware is no longer ON my workstation, if I click the resort, it a short time ago have an error. NO choice to delete it or ANYTHING. If you could be of some abet, I'd joyfully reward the 10. Thx. =)

Answers: What I would do is try going to their website and finding an application which will completely verbs your computer of the program.

Hope this help
Thats an uncharacteristic problem. It sounds similar to the files that vote "Be sure to remove everything" get screwed up. I'd try downloading a exotic interpretation of the program, install it, afterwards uninstall.
There is probably a better approach, but...

Goodluck.
Try ToolbarCop.

"ToolbarCop is a browser extensions commissioner which can disable or wipe out the following browser add-ons selectively from Internet Explorer:

Browser Helper Objects (BHO)

Toolbars

Standard Toolbar buttons

Context menu Extensions

Download manager

Protocol Handlers

Horizontal / Vertical Explorer Bars (side-search bars)
