if someone say they put a nuker virus on my omputer how long will it clutch for it to start messing my computer up? And how can i seize rid of it?

The virus is call Nuke-Rhad.
goto the address below install and run prevx. if nearby is a virus, the program will find rid of it.
dont listen to that guy... turn to the symantec or mcaffee websites adn both hold out free antivirus searches/trials of their programs.
I don't know the Nuker virus but here are some report I posted on a similar topic.
Start near Spybot Search and Destroy. It's small and influential.
If Spybot can't remove the infected files, follow the Panda transcript below.

Assuming the strict Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs won't uninstall, try this:
1) Start near UNLOCKER, a shareware that you can attain from Softpedia. Once the files are unlocked, you should know how to delete them.
2) Use a program resembling MSConfigXP.exe to control which programs and SERVICES automatically nouns at boot.
3) Load Regedit. Seach for anyline which reference the Panda exe profile. Edit the row by inserting an apostrophy ' at the start of the strip.
4) Use Ctrl-Alt-Del (three knob combination) to check the project commissioner. Try to defuse the Panda programs. You may entail to use the above process to unlock and remove other Panda fragments.
5) Use a program call HijackThis to create a boot log. Find a website where on earth you can post the log. People will advocate you which items are running and how to remove them.
