im giving my macbok to a friend and i dont him to see what i enjoy be on the interenet. and i dont want him to be capable of hire a soul to do it.so i want the track to totally wipe the history.

If you are using the Safari network browser that comes preinstalled beside adjectives Macs you can erase the pattern history by clicking on "History" on the menu slab and later select "Clear History".(it will be at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
