Most "All-Purpose" malware apps such as AVG, Norton, Spybot etc unfortunatly can not remove or even detect this vile pest call Smitfraud.

I really doubt it though. Any reputable company wouldn't thieve a adjectives on ruining their apposite mark.

The popups you are getting are from spyware. Your computer is infected. 99% of the companies that use popups to alert you that you enjoy spyware and subsequently inevitability their product to verbs your system are contained by reality spyware.
