What you want to do is UN-CONNECT your computer from the exchange cards during scan or boot into Safe Mode short network and run the scan.
When you are connected to the grating and running the scan, the Trojan merely in half a shake re-infects your system.
Also delete ALL your Temporary Internet Files and cookies.
