AVG free anti virus does not even detect it.Any suggestions how to obtain rid of it or powerful anti virus programmes,preferably free,that may work.

After you're done, turn System Restore wager on on and re-hide those files you un-hid.
Turn past its sell-by date system restore.
Scan PC again.
Turn bad computer.
Re scan, if verbs turn on system restore.
Now you immediately why Avast is better than AVG.
Don't forget to remove the AVG crap.

I would suggest also to turn rotten system restore and verbs your virus,or delete the restore point that when your virus infected your system.
Delete restore points as stated.
