Norton Internet Security keep popping this up sometimes when I close it every second. It stops me typing and entering information. It does not inform me which program it is creating these for. I suspect info could be departing my computer.

Not a surety risk. NIS analyzes a request for information input/output, and base on who/what/why it determines the risk, and automatically decide whether or not to allow it ( thus creating a rule ) Like an automatic update service for your programs ( tons hold them, similar to Norton's live update, Windows update etc. ) trying to take on the lattice looking for updates. If by opening a spy-ware or virus get onto the PC and attempted to access the pattern, it would block it past it could return with here. I know that after a while the messages essentially shift to almost nil because it doesn't entail to fashion several more. I don't know if near is an selection to stop notify you of rules mortal created, but in that is one for you do resolve what to do ( imprudent ).
if u suspect that put together sure u own a firewall that blocks outgoing traffic as economically as incomming
