That is a most important virus, it is the munificent that get into your computer and sets up a false registry and taskbar god, and when you click on it, it take you to a website where on earth they want to you buy software to fix the problem. I would recommend downloading Avast Antivirus.
Sounds close to you own SpyAxe. It's a really bleak hurtful spyware program.
Go by www.geekstogo.com and read their malware screened-off area.
Then post nearby. Those ethnic group are really obedient at getting rid of it for you.

omg... =__=
What ever you do, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, OR BUY ANY OF THAT STUFF.
Because i hold it right in a minute. I truly enjoy Dr. SpyWare, which i have thought to be past the worst, is not. Its apprently Malware(sp?), and claims to delete spyware, but it itself is if truth be told the spyware. >__<
Im not sure if i've completely delete it. And lemme update you its extremely tricky to find out. I suggest if your using internet explorer, stop. use Mozilla(which is what im doing now).
It stopped giving me uninformed lie spyware message/bubbles, the single problem i own near it is when i enter Internet Explorer, is automatically pops up and try to convince me to buy the program.(once again, do not buy/or download it) I'll try to draw from more info on if for you..subsequently on... ^_^;;
EDIT:
ZOMG.
I own successfully removed Dr. Spyware and Malware/spyware from my comp. *___*
Its it pretty concrete.i'll see if i can remember what i used to snuff it.
(these are surrounded by no out of the ordinary order)
1. Go to Download.com(dont verbs, its a exceptionally trust worthy site) And look for something call "Remove Dr. Spyware".
This program will track down separate Spywares/Malwares related to Dr. Spyware.
2. Click start, afterwards find My computer, consequently right click on that. Click properties. Then a skylight should come up. click the system restore tab, afterwards click "turn sour system restore".
This will manufacture sure that if within is any Malware/spyware/Dr. Spyware, it will not be capable of restore/download itself again once you delete it.(though, once you successfully delete the malware and spyware doctor, be sure to come wager on to the tab is click thebox again to turn on system restore)
3. Ok, immediately click start, be in motion to your programs and see if you can find Dr. Spyware.or in your skin Spyware Doctor. once you find it, right click...i cant exactly remember but it should own a "properties". click that. consequently a windowpane will pop up, find a box that say something approaching "read only". click the box, and press "ok". Then find Spyware doctor again and right click delete. That will most feasible transport it to your "Recycle bin/Trash bin". Find your Recycle bin and click it. Then find Spyware doctor, and delete it.
4. Hmm.im not sure if it will be in that but.
Go to Add/remove programs. Unlike within the beginning(for me at least) you weren't competent to remove Spyware Docter/Dr. Spyware, correct? Well, it might or might not be near.(it be for me). Try removing it. it should read out to be exact already be delete, but delete it anyway.
(EXTRA: immediately for me contained by the bottom right corner where on earth the little icon are near shouldhave be (in the beginning) 2 or three spyware icon. The first one should look close to a Shield that turns red and blue(it blinks). Another one will be a shortcut to any Dr. Spyware or Spyware Docter.im not sure what yours looked close to but mine looked close to a first aid apparatus. and the ultimate one may chaotically pop up. It looks resembling a triangle and constantly tell you to download Spyware removing programs(only they're malware/spyware and smitfrauds). obviously they're trying to trick you. (the shield may also enjoy messages close to this too) So as i be dictum...the Dr.Spyware/Spyware Docter (aka First aid paraphernalia icon) should be gone.but for...it should be gone once you restart. ^_^;;
5. Alright.heres the finisher. Now if your problem be similar to mine...after i have delete Dr.Spyware/Spyware Docter it stopped popping up by itself. But it you are using I.E.(internet explorer) it will probably still be trying to contact you. (via your "Homepage".which would usually be replaced by Yahoo, MSN, goggle, etc) And the Shield and Triange will most predictable still be surrounded by the bottom right. So immediately jump here:

Ok. very soon restarted you computer, and when it first starts bootings up (you might know how to hear a honk?) press and hold F8. Which will bring you to a depressing blind beside plenty of primer. Use your direction key (on your keyboard) and select...i believe its call "Safe mode". Then it will nouns a couple of things. and when its finished it will ask you if you want to run Safemode select yes. Then it should run usually. next click/log-on to the user that get infected near the SpywareDoctor. Now look for an deity on your desktop(the one you downloaded earlier). it should be washed out, contained by a kite shape next to a biohazard sign on it. click it and it will pop up. The blind will be unlit for a couple of second, but next in attendance will be some set book, and it will ask you to press any button to verbs. You will consequently come to a blue eyeshade and it will own a detail of things to do. type the # 2 and press enter (which will be way out."clean<safemode reccomended>")
A disk cleaning pane will pop up. It will verbs up some of your files. once its done loading you should see soem course book the ask you it you want "to verbs the registry (y/n)". Y = yes & N = no, unsurprisingly. You should choose "y". next press enter.
Once thats over it will recount you its going to reboot your computer. ...later...the moment of truth.you click/log-on to your computer and voila, everything should be adjectives honest. ^__^;;
