i hold a linksys router and also i hold window firewall on only
allowing frostwire and instant message exceptions. I dont use
other firewalls because they are a big hassle, and i use avast
for virus , avg anti rootkit, and cyber supporter and spysweeper for spyware. is that fitting adequate.

It sounds moral to me but one entry the window firewall is not terribly suitable, i would download zone alarm or some other type of firewall.
NO.I am not a computer expert by any channel, but I own equal stuff on my computer plus a fire wall. Someone have hack into my wall picture and have stolen over $3000.00 from me contained by the final two months... collaborate around a strain contained by the keister!! Now I hold to treaty near the mound, and adjectives the merchants since they enjoy ALL of my personal information *I be a big Internet shopper. I would purely be really well thought-out, and one-sidedly I will NEVER buy anything on smudge again. I will give the name the company directly. I hope this doesn't take place to anyone else...
