There are several ways you can do this.

To do this locate the word "Tools" at the top of the page (right underneath that Blue Browsing Bar)
Click Tools -------->Then click "Internet Options..."
You will catch sight of the tab inside this Pop-up windowpane.
Select the tab "Privacy".
Near the bottom of this page you will sense a screened-off area that say "network sites". There should be a button labeled "Edit", Click it.
From here it is pretty self explanatory. Just type into the Text Field the exact address of the site that you request to be blocked, Then click "Block".
Hint: (You may also use this technique to Always Allow some sites to be open by your browser.)
When finished typing in the sites you wish to be blocked Click the button labeled "OK".
This will bring you subsidise to the Internet option Pop-Up pane.

Do not click the "X" surrounded by the corner of the Pop-Up, Also do not click "Cancel". This will Undo adjectives the change you made.
