Hi, near shouldnt be a problem downloading AVG try downloading from www.download.com
and download the antispyware and antivirus. Also other honest programmes are Advanced Windows Care (an adjectives contained by one doing lots of things), Spywareblaster, Spybot and for a firewall I use Zone Alarm which I recommend. Just put together sure that any programmes you put on are compatible beside your computer up to that time you start and I am guaranteed you wont hold a problem beside any of these. Good luck!
