How to check if a user is an Administrator (PowerUser) or Guest?

I would similar to to know how to check if a user currently logged in
Windows2003 Server is an Administrator (or is a Power User)
or a short time ago a Guest. A code snippet surrounded by VBScript or Perl would be
valuable.

Thanks!

Answers: Open cmd (Run>type cmd).
Type "web user" to show adjectives user stat and or type "web user username" to viewpoint full stat of user.
Easiest track to recount if someone have administrator rights is to try to incorporate a printer. If the "local printer" option are grayed-out, the user does not hold local admin rights.
if your the Admin newly look within AD User Accounts on the server
