Really, unless you know more more or less the character and/or they hold programmed in attendance information somewhere.. here is no means of access.
You can try anywho.com which can look someone up via phone number, address, baptize... but if they've other have an unlisted number after it below par not be in that.
Some private investigators hold access to sites that hold a bit more access... so you could other hire a P.I.
If you know what email or chat programs they use, such as yahoo or icq, you can try going to the general public search of those sites.. but again, unless the user put in their information you are not going to draw from thoroughly far.
If you know their email address, you can do a google scour. not much else unless you own the info to furrow next to.
