Your question isn't exactly clear. Messages are sent to which place? And where on earth is what?
If you're asking for a place that over 100 million messages a second are sent, my guess would be a service resembling AIM or IRC. That be a sizeable collective amount of users that dispatch 100 million or more messages to the servers of the respective chat program, and the servers distribute the message it be sent to the other users of the server contained by that waterway (irc) or IM fanlight (AIM).
If it's SafeFeel.com next clearly not. Probably 5 messages per second net it through the SafeFeel.com servers.
