Encountered problem, desires to close, report to Micresoft, Etc. Says they are haveing communication problems, it comes up constantly, for days. I don't remember how to temporarily disable it.

Click the down arrow on the SiteAdvisor toolbar later click "Disable SiteAdvisor".
BTW, mine have be working fine adjectives along.
