You DON'T want to re-install that - it is spyware.
The reality that your OS is unfolding you that you DO requirement it is because the spyware is still running. Lots of programs around to remove spyware - but my personal fave is Spyware Doctor. It is free and works ably. Search for Google Pack online or you can go and get it at
