I enjoy this coworker who does nought but **** around on Livejournal, Myspace, and Meebo ALL afternoon. I've have it beside have to do adjectives the work adjectives the time, so I've arranged to block his computer from individual competent to nouns them. I'm wanting something I can put on his computer, that he won't identify or delete, that can block with the sole purpose specific urls. Any thoughts? Please no "Just detail your boss," or "this is wrong" posts. Best answer get 10 points and a personal favor from me.

I'm not sure if you requirement administrator privileges but try it anyways.
Go to the Tools tab in Internet Explorer.--> Click on Internet Options--->Click on the Content tab-->Click on Enable--->Go to the Approved Sites tab--> Type the URLs of the sites you want to block--->Finally you are going to put in a password which is needed to clear these websites.
