Could this be a hacker?

So my sister is worried more or less something unusual that's going on on her laptop. Her and I be conversation surrounded by AIM quicker around how she needed to study the unusual Real World episode and I mentioned how she should progress on MTV.com to display it. Anyway, in the region of an hour subsequently she looked surrounded by the internet explorer webpage she be viewing and the Real World website be up! Is it possible that someone read our conversation and open up this website for her on her computer because she is 100% positive that she did not even move about to that webpage.

Also, when she runs Spybot it sometimes stops and say User Aborted and she can't install Ad Aware for some drive. Also, her webcam doesn't give the impression of being to be working today.

Any advice/idea of what could be going on will be appreciated. Thank you!

Answers: Her computer could be infected by Spyware (programs that amass personal information nearly you, and other kind of information depending on the specific spyware, and distribute it to an email depiction, the email address of the character spying you, so that the personage receive the information he considered necessary to know). But what would be really meaningful to know is whether the computer be online between the time she vanished it and when she realised "the page be up". If she did walk off the computer on and near access to the internet, the hacker could hold installed a program to EVEN CONTROL her computer remotely, so he could enjoy done that efficiently (and unwholesome things too). It could also be that the page be set to homepage for some source and when she open the internet explorer it loaded it.
